We finally found the place! Next, no code to get into the room was sent. I was told checkin would be on site at the desk. Finally got into the room and the air conditioner did not work. I did everything I could to get it started. Elevate said they would have someone there within 10 minutes. Afert 20 minutes, we gave up and about to leave. Their guy came to our car window and said there was nothing he could do about the AC. There was no offer of another room. The elevate rep was rude and uncooperative about a refund. Proceeded to contest the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this property!!!!
