Overall enjoyed our stay. Room was clean, easy access to downtown Manitou Springs and the price was reasonable. The only thing were minor maintenance-level issues that need to be addressed (mirror was leaning against the wall and not rehung, TV wouldn't connect to service, etc. Decent find but due to maintenance issues, I'd knock it down to 4 stars instead of 5. I would stay there again since most of our time was spent exploring the town instead of staying in the room.
