Smelled like old, stale smoke upon entry then transformed to a musty-water smell. I would stay for a night or two but for a week again? No way! The refrigerator was dirty and very, very small and for the amount we paid, we would stay in an entire apartments down the street further into Manitou. We did appreciate the small, hot HOT lobby with the ice machine and small assortment of breakfast items.
