Great place for the price

Room was spacious. We had enough space to place a twin sized sleeping mat (brought this ourselves) on the floor so no one would have to share a bed. Location was fantastic! Walkable to town of manitou springs, and adjacent to river walk, but not right in the middle of traffic. Easy to park right in front of room. Rooms were clean and smelled good. There was a motorcycle that woke me up every morning at 6 but I wake up early anyway. Otherwise was generally very quiet. The coffee situation was not great. I think the owners were away over the holiday, because coffee creamer/breakfast supplies weren't replenished until our last morning. There was also a small coffee maker in the room which I used with my own coffee and it worked just fine. No one refreshed our room/toiletries/towels. I actually prefer it this way, but just an FYI in case you are expecting this.
